Welcome to my website.

Before I delve into my experience and what I have to offer as Your Personal Financial Representative, let me share a little about me and my commitment to family and community. I was born and raised on the Peninsula, and never moved too far from home. My family and I reside in the Kingsmill community and I have been a resident of Williamsburg since 1990. I am married to Kathleen Tobin, who has been in mortgage banking for the last 25 years and has now joined my business team. . We have two terrific sons, Colin Michael a second year Graduate student at Old Dominion University and a pitching coach for Virginia Wesleyan college baseball team and Ryan Patrick , a sophomore at Christopher Newport College. We also have a dog, a Shiba Inu named Slyder!

 
My family and I enjoy the beach, jet skiing and golf during the summer days and snow skiing/snow boarding during the cool of winter.
 
I have always felt strongly about being active in community involvement. I have coached Youth league basketball in Williamsburg for 17 years. I also coached youth league baseball for 14 years and served on the Williamsburg Youth League executive board for 6 years. I am very proud that I have been a sponsor in the Big Brothers program for 4 years. My family and I are members of Campus Christian Ministries located on The College of William & Mary.  
 
Now, let me tell you why I feel that I am qualified to be Your Personal Financial Representative I have been in the financial services industry since 1987. I began my career with The Equitable Financial Services. I was recruited to The Frieden Agency, John Hancock in  1991 as a Sales Manager and  as an advisor. My practice has two areas of emphasis.
 
I.  Wealth Management:
I provide strategies to help investors to assist them with wealth accumulation, wealth preservation, wealth distribution and wealth transfer.
 
II.  Insurance Strategies:
I offer a variety of insurance plans. I provide employee benefit packages for our area businesses. I provide strategies which may help to reduce risk such as; life insurance, long term care insurance, disability income insurance and estate conservation for individuals and professionals.
 
 
As Your Personal Financial Representative, my role is to help you design and implement your financial blueprint.
 
My office is located in the beautiful Port Warwick community of Newport News.
